I do business with a company up near SF…….and guess what? They are leaving for NV. It will cost me more in shipping now……but I cant blame them.

The regulations are a different matter. There are so many, at so many different levels, and they are written so loosely and broadly, that you would have to hire a team of lawyers to figure them out. And that’s even for the smallest of businesses, the ones that can least afford lawyers. Is your sign for disabilities hung at the right height. Are the letters the right size and color. Are they placed in the right place. Is your ramp for wheelchairs the right angle. There are a thousand other questions like this you had better be right on or some lawyer of govt agent will shut you down and all that money you saved to start your business is out the window.
For all you fine liberals here, I dare you to start a small business in Kalifornia.
