Unbelievably poor and inaccurate documentation on the website, no online filing ability, system still uses snail mail and check writing. Checks for *** sake! In seven years she couldn’t hire a single web firm in the tech-savvy State of California!? … Ugh. Index cards and power outlets? She’s completely incompetent. I want to like government, I really do, but right now I’m just embarrassed as a Californian…
