I note that “… assault weapons ban won’t be in Dem’s gun bill”. While that Might be true I remain concerned it will sneak in somewhere else as an amendment to some sort of unrelated bill, maybe a continuing budget resolution. Until this Congressional session is completed we must remain vigilant. Even then preserving our 2nd Amendment rights requires we be ever vigilant starting with the do nothing laws currently being proposed by the CA legislators.

New ” common sense” law: Anyone who is convicted of stealing a firearm, or committing a crime using a gun or while in posession of same shall be executed within 48 hours of sentencing, no appeals. This will reduce crime with firearms. Note also, undocumented status is no protection against this sentence, they will meet St Peter also for final sentencing, the same as US citizens convicted of same.

Feinstein is to ideologically driven to “listen”. She will be back. Liberals never give up on their delusional agendas.
