Head Start guarantees that an entire class of otherwise unemployable people will be employed (at taxpayer expense) and of course will reliably support democrats during elections.

Take all the kids after birth and let the “State” educate them. 1984 doesn’t seem to be too far away after all.

The parents have the responsibility for their children not the state. If they are bad parents, maybe the state should teach them how to be good parents.
