Your stretch to compare our system of law and justice with those of Communist China, Nazi Germany, the USSR, and the late Roman Empire is nothing short of ridiculous. Although there have been many instances of genocide throughout human history, there’s no possible way to determine a number of victims. In any event, those genocides were usually committed in the process of expanding whatever kingdom or government was instigating it. There is no analog to that and the protection of civil society from crazed people wandering around with weapons.

So, your claim about genocide being the equivalent of “justifiable homicide” is, like so many of your other claims, nothing more than an uninformed diatribe against the very institutions that mitigate those threats in our modern world.

Sure bureacracies such as the LE RAGWUS has usurped the rights of the people and twisted the words of law to allow for murder of citzens. Mao, Stalin, Lenin, Hitler, Tojo, and Rome all used the legal system to kill others. Over 500,000,0000 humans have been snuffed out by the good people in government over history Skdog, so your use of the term “anarchist” does little to hurt my feelings towards people that seem to believe that our cruel and deadly form is somehow better the the Huns.

If the officer involved in the shooting had any objective symptoms of intoxication or drug use, he would most certainly have a toxicology text performed. In many jurisdictions, the police agency routinely takes a blood or urine sample from any officer involved in a critical incident, such as a shooting or a major vehicle collision. I don’t know what the policy for such things is at HBPD, but I’m sure you could easily find out what it is as a resident of that fair city.

I’ve seen the video you refer to and know that the officer involved was fired for his actions. That is appropriate, unless there’s substantially more to the context of the event than has been displayed or written anywhere with the video. It’s also relevant to note that the event you cite took place in a Maine prison, not in California or Huntington Beach. It’s also good to remember that something like pepper spray is a minimal level of force, certainly compared to the alternatives of a physical dog pile or the use of a striking instrument such as a baton.

I put no trust in any investigation or tests conducted by a closed, secret cabal of sociopaths. I watched a video the other day of a prison guard using pepper spray on a human being held in a restraint chair. From a foot away this miscreant sprayed in his eyes, nose and mouth. Then he put a mask over his face and left him to die. People like you are just cruel and twisted. I have physically hurt people in one on one battles, but not for inner pleasure or for a oxytocin release as you LE sociopaths seek.

What about a toxicology report on the shooter Skdog? What the killer using at the time of the murder? These LE murders are outside the limits placed on the government by the Bill of Rights. Nothing in the Constitution gives a government hired goon with a costume the power to murder citizens walking the streets. 🙂

I’ll be interested when his toxicology reports are complete to see just how big a load of dope he had on board before his big exit.
