"Drop Dead CRA Day" is celebrated each year on March First to commemorate CRA's statewide Deathday.
Google and read the many entries. Perhaps next year we will mark CRA'S. demise by holding our celebration at an abandoned electric plating super-sized warehouse!

Maybe LA county should convert those old factory belt areas into mini-malls and 99 cents stores. Those are the only types of businesses that are still willing to business in LA anyway.

What California needs is more people on unemployment and more people on welfare to stimulate the state's economy. After all, the brilliant and astute economist Nancy Pelosi posited this theory and the time has come to give the Pelosian economic model a chance to succeed.

Re: crown city plating.

I know something about commercial real estate.

No big institutional investor would want any part of that, that's for sure. The structure itself is useless, the stigma of Superfund and its former use......

I found this tidbit of mindless real estate marketing puffery amusing:

"The property is near the highly regarded Pasadena, San Marino and Arcadia residential neighborhoods providing an excellent employee base."

LOL....I guarantee you that just about NO ONE from Crown City Plating ever lived in any of those three cities, except perhaps the owner. LOL LOL...
