I am all for the gov t taking over parenting from parents that are emotionally, morally corrupt., but and it is a important but, sterilize the parents, so they are incapable of spawning. Just another “common sense” reform….
Unrelated, the most “common sense” one of all to get gun background checks passed….execute anyone convicted of a crime with a firearm with 48 hours of conviction via firing squad, hanging , or electrocution(solar powered) no appeals…method chosen by convicted, if no choice is made, guillotine. More “common sense.” Note , to many who would find this repulsive , but are for abortion…you defy ” common sense.”

it doesnt take any brains to have a kid, it takes all the commitment in the world to raise one. no government program is going to work. it will be a next generation of neglected kid who does the same thing when they get to 16.
it is the simple fact that there is no father/mother. no dad to structure life.
low income dictates higher reproduction rates. that is not new.
no education costs so much more than the cost of a higher education.

If you can’t make a commitment to raise your children effecively, don’t have kids. This is not as much a financial issue as it is a parental issue.

Think about what Reiner et. al. are saying: Let the State raise your children. If there is anything that is reminicent of the book 1984, that’s it.

I know lots of parents who would gladly dump their brats on the govt right now. A few years ago, Nebraska passed a law to allow mothers of newborns to be able to drop the kid off at a hospital if they couldn’t care for it(so they wouldn’t have more Philly abortions). Turns out they didn’t put an age or number limit on the bill. Parents from all over the country began driving to Nebraska to dump off their thieving 10yolds and bitchy 15yolds. They had to change that bill quick.
Believe me, the govt doesn’t want to have anything to do with some of the thugs kids I grew up with.
