The real problems go way past what most people are wanting to hear such as failing curriculum, overcompensated teachers, lack of cost controls on construction (i know this firsthand) and flooding the schools with illegal immigrants.

100,000 schools for this country is all we need. No government oversight to speak of and the ability to fire based on performance.
