I loved the statement “But many teachers blame students and their parents, complaining about the “poor quality of students” public schools have to deal with.”

The arrogance is amazing! If I provided bad service and tried to pawn it off by blaming my customers, I would have no business. The teachers with this mind set have to be weeded out because they have given up. Every student can and should be reached. If they have given up, then get the hell out and stop wasting my tax dollars that pay your salary. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Way to go CA, we’re #48!!
