The system is broken, the Dems and their unions are to blame. But the Dems have effectively blamed the GOP by screaming, “More MONEY, more MONEY, MORE MONEY!” And the GOP has been completely ineffective in making the counter-argument to Latinos.

A concerted, state-wide strategy is needed. Instead, we have pot shots against the Brown initiatives to “redistribute” money which– again (!)– make the CAGOP look like Latino bashers who want to keep the money in rich/white districts.

God forbid a group of Christians ask to open a faith based public charter school. The radical Muslims get that every day.
The republicans can’t compete with the union money in elections. No matter how bad the test scores or how low the graduation rates, the dem unions hurl so much money at the elections that the republicans don’t have a chance. The facts or message don’t matter when you are out spent 5 to 1.
