The EPA is not done with their look at fracking.

The state is moving too fast and needs to slow down to take a hard look at fracking. Certainly some rules need to be established to this new industry and that has not happened yet. I am sure that a comprise could be worked out given time and rules and methods could be worked out to make it no different than drilling a well.
