As for the corruption exemption, I think that stall tactics are often applied when corruption attempts are being made.  This gives those doing the corrupting or creating the loopholes the opportunity to re-word, re-adjust, or re-apply the same measure in a different format hopefully in a crafty way as to make them a hero rather than a sneaky politician.  Shame on them!

Well color me not surprised Queef ! State worker is like a tick, you can only extract them with fire. Sometimes they go from old age at their desks....usually need to wait a couple weeks to tell they&#039;re dead.....the activity level is about the same.]]></description>

Of course that raises ANOTHER question. Why treat UC employees any different than CSU or CCD? I guess the UC has a better lobbyist?]]></description>
