The only legitimate and worthwhile tax-exempt organizations are the Red Cross and the Salvation Army. Their mission(s)is totally apolitical and thus deserving of tax-exempt status.

I live in Irvine, and you could cut the number of coppers in half w/o so much as a dent in the crime rate. Why? The residents don’t cause much crime in the first place…..mostly families, educated, with higher incomes, that sort of thing. Argue all you want, but there’s no denying demographics and socio-economics. You might as well tell the tides to stop rising.
