The stock market seems to at the beginning of a correction. It may jump around a bit and decline gradually or drop significantly (autumn). That will cause chaos in many ways, but the gloating over the California budget will come to abrupt halt. The stupefied governor and legislative whores for the special interests will blame sequester, Republicans, capitalism and there will be cries for massive increase in state taxes/fees(see Spain) to correct the situation. Oh, what fun. We in for a wild ride.

Im a native born Californian and have lived here my whole life. My house is paid for but Im thinking of leaving. With all the crap going on and no one in southern CA speaking English anymore..........it is a living hell hole. I no longer feel safe in my city and it was one of the ones on the safest city list. The schools are disasters!!!, the traffic is horrific, if you get in an accident you pray to God they are legal and have insurance, the nurses in the hospital speak broken english, you pay an arm and a leg for water and electricity now..........I mean exactly what is the point of staying here anymore. I go 20 miles and have to plan on at least an hour on the road. It is miserable. One of my best friends moved to Texas and believe me, he is talking me into moving without too much resistence.
