I’ve been giving some thought about who should play “Mad Doctor Donkey” when “CalWatchDog – The Movie” comes out in the near future. I can’t decide between John Malcovich or Michael Richards from Seinfeld. Richards would probably be cheaper and easier to get, and his social commentary would certainly be consistent with Donk’s, but Malcovich really does a great job with malevolent and evil characters.

What do you think, Ted?

Even if you only use the most recent 5 years of the Great Recession, Chapter 9 bankruptcies haven’t increased much at all. They reflect only 0.06% of all eligible municipal organizations in the entire country.
