What John failed to allude to is the origin of the idea for the Star Trek holiday ‘Festival’. It is a reference to the holiday Saturnalia. Google it. Wow, the movie John panned was at the top of the box office this weekend. It seems that the citizens who vote with their money have made an excellent choice.

Purge cost a little over $3 million to make, but it grossed over $36 million in its first weekend after release.

Compare that to John’s favorite movie, “2016: Obama’s America” which cost $8 million to make, grossed $6.5 million on its opening weekend, and has a total gross of about $3.5 million since release.

I love to see the “invisible hand” at work in our marketplace. It tells me far more people are sane than insane.

You know your into some quality entertainment when the director admits he plagiarized a ’60s era Star Dreck episode. Have you seen any lately? Man, when I was 10 they were cool but unlike me, they have aged very badly.

It is time to divide this state. This state government is more criminal than the feds(so far). If we secede from a given point..we don’t need the “permission” of so. Ca. We need to hold an election in No. Ca. stating our desire to secede from So. Ca. Then set up our own state government and hold state elections.
