Regardless… gun control is counter-productive as anyone that is paying attention should be able to see. Of course these bills aren’t well thought out.
The point of the bills is to gradually chip away at 2A. Just a little bit at a time. All the while throwing ‘black sheep’ bills into the mix to get everyone’s attention so the little ones slip through with little notice or opposition.

I want the Rs out of my bedroom and the Ds out of my wallet and gun safe.
