I think we need a basic class in capital spending vs operating expenses..this is no way to use borrowed money…the useful life for these things is 2-3 years max. You borrow money to build buildings, streets, and bridges – things that have long term economic value….

My iPad generation one from 2010 does not even update with the current software.

I cant believe how the massive CA taxes I spend is wasted…
