					<description><![CDATA[Just saw this on the news - of course it is portrayed as sunshine and lollipops for all - 80% of these will be dropped and destroyed....

I think we need a basic class in capital spending vs operating expenses..this is no way to use borrowed money...the useful life for these things is 2-3 years max.   You borrow money to build buildings, streets, and bridges - things that have long term economic value....

My iPad generation one from 2010 does not even update with the current software. 

I cant believe how the massive CA taxes I spend is wasted...]]></description>
