					<description><![CDATA[I am a conservative, a crime victim (badly beaten by a stranger with a string of arrests and convictions), threatened as a witness for testifying against him (ditto for my family), and I changed California law for crime victims.

I am glad that SB 400 was voted into law and signed into law by the governor.

It&#039;s time we stopped giving criminals all of the perks.]]></description>
