It’s a sign of the hopelessness of politics in Kali that this atrocious A-Hole gets elected mayor of S.D. They could have had a fiscally responsible, socially liberal, nice guy mayor but instead chose the obnoxious Prog-Nazi head case Filner.

Truly, there is no hope for politics here. The descent into left wing lunacy is unstoppable now.

P.S. Hey Skippy, please try to do more than regurgitate Filner press releases. The kind of speculation and propaganda you try to pass off as fact is ridiculous. Go peddle that partisan hack nonsense over at the L.A. Times website where people are stupid enough to believe it.

Jan Goldsmith has repeatedly attempted to assert his claimed position as someone with authority to effectively veto the policy decisions made by Bob Filner, the elected “strong mayor” of San Diego. When Goldsmith has been unsuccessful in controlling the policy discussion to his own liking, he or members of his office have repeatedly leaked confidential executive session to the press. Goldsmith should be disbarred and his “lieutenant” fired, regardless of his race or color.
