					<description><![CDATA[Break it off into North Calif and South Calif like the Dakotas.
People should have better representation than the offerings of the  radicals in office, especially since a good part of the state outside of L.A. and S.F. isn&#039;t of that mindset.
Bringing in hordes of immigrants to the cities and distribution centers will only complicate the situation. I see a few more towns seeking bankruptcy within 2 yrs.  Maybe CA is just not workable being so big and as a single state.]]></description>
