ntheoc, I agree that Zimmerman should have minded his own business, and that Martin should have just kept walking and not tried to beat him to death, but Zimmerman having a gun is a Constitutional right. Bottom line, if fatboy cop wannabe Zimmerman wasn’t allowed to pack a gun then young trey Martin would still be alive!! Florida needs to take a serious look at their gun laws! Fatboy Zimmerman picked a fight with a 17year old kid then murdered him!!! Just like o.j, this will catch up to the murderer Zimmerman, hopefully in civil court. All Zimmerman needed to do was listen to the 911 dispatcher and leave Martin alone.

Stand your ground had no bearing on the Trayvon Martin case. Zimmerman was on his back getting pummeled by Trayvon. He had go where to go backwards except on thru the planet earth to China.
Many times in self defense, where you are standing is the best place for your defense. Forcing you to ‘retreat’ to a worse place to defend yourself is insane and taking the side of the criminals. And the criminals can and do sue people for such things.
This is simply Holder and Obama taking the side of the Charley Mansons of this world.

Holder is a real piece of work. He has covered up the murder of Kenny Trentidue for years now, working to hide the men the beat him to death. He failed to prosecute the Black panther racist for using a weapon to people from voting and then allows the same racist to elicite the murder of Zimmermann for a $10,000 bounty.

Just like Skdog, this POS thinks only costume clad RAGWUS feeders should be able to shoot attackers, or non-attackers for that matter and all the while be able to use drones when they feel the urge.

This is the worst AG in the history of the United States, and the most awful since my life began on this planet!! 🙂
