The truth is available but the consumer must jump through hoops of fire to get it, whether it comes to government employee perks, foreign entanglements, the government-corporate union, the disintegration of American civil liberties, inequality under the law, and on and on and on.

So the concealment of the Bart employee perks does not surprise me at all. In fact, it makes perfect sense in 2013 America.
