Same thing happened in San Jose for property that was sold under value to build the new baseball park. That was wrong and it had to be corrected. I am in favor of that park however not with question marks tied to it like that.

Sacto did great to lure the KC Kings and that arena was built in record time. A new arena downtown sounds nice but I am thinking that the new ownership needs to pay for that. GS Warriors are paying for their arena so Sacto needs to pay for their new arena.
