					<description><![CDATA[What is not transparent by the use of special PAC funds by any public or private agency in CA?  The use of dark money, such as that funneled from the east through the non-profit in AZ for the purpose of defeating Prop. 32, is all covered with a cloak of secrecy.  Any Californian with an ounce of concern for its state and the citizens in general should be able to sort out which type of reporting they would prefer.  I am going to contact my state reps with my own views on this.]]></description>
