					<description><![CDATA[if anything, he merely underscores the horrid conditions of our beloved sons and daughters in uniform. he should be championing relief to them under the banner...&quot;worse conditions than prisoners.&quot;  pardon if i doubt he reslly gives a. ..hoot.  parfon me if i suspect he is just another punisher who does not care about the travesties 3strikes had committed.  or the war on drugs insanity...or...talking of the insane...perhaps he prefers dollars for those too influential screws over dollars for hospital workers.  and, no, it was not just sone expketive judges who messed with his good enough prison conditions.  it was the feds, activists like amnesty internationsl...but above who...it was the functioning rule of law...perhaps he needs a refresher...]]></description>
