Your ruled not governed due to an opposition party of cocktail party grazers at Balboa Bay Club who have no clue how the little people struggle in California.

Demographics alone compell even daff politicans to see redistibution is the only dignified and moral way to help seniors, kids, hard working under paid needy immigrants, the disabled and talented public servants!

Most State Constitutions have a provision that no bill can change beyond its original subject matter during the process. Gut an Amend is an abomination and accepted nowhere outside of California that I am aware of.

OMG “Frenzy” was on TCM a few nights ago! I saw it at he theater when it first came out back in 71 or 72, on Catalina Island !!!!!
