This is a fund that has been building for years. How much of this money will be available for the take down of San Onofre. Rate Payers, stockholders, negligent parties are all going to have to share the bill. But there should be some funds in the decomissing fund.

The new nuke plants are much safer. Far less radiation. No chance of meltdowns and the spent fuel can’t be made into fision (or the multistage fusion bombs)bombs.
