First, Obamacare itself is idiotically complex and the only people who have actually read it are a few hill staffers and the poor saps who won the bid to produce this product. I’m sure the NSA and the FBI have forced a bunch of ducks and chutes and backdoors to further shred the 4th amend. And what if you are cheating on your taxes. By forcing you to sign up, they are illegally forcing you to give up the 5th, forcing you to implicate yourself. And it violates the 14th too. When you pass a law, it is for everyone. When you make jay walking illegal, you can’t give certain people get out of jail free cards. That violates the equal protection clause. You can’t give exemptions to the big donors to your campaign. Even tho the unions now hate this tar baby, they supported at first. I’m sure those taxes on their gold plated plans will be exempted soon, too.
I could go on for another 2500 pages so I’ll end here.
