How did this “Christ-centered educational experience” influence him? How and where does he demonstrate “spiritual literacy, including Biblical Christian faith and practice, Baptist perspectives, and the Christian’s role in fulfilling the Great Commission?” Has he abandoned his faith in Jesus Christ dying as the price of his sins, or did he never believe it in the first place?

That is a problem but there is an even more fundamental problem than that. It always gets back to the ignorance and gullibility of American voters. Most media outlets are politically biased to the left, but if you can’t figure that out on your own then you’re a fool. We just have too many voters that can be conned by any third rate demagogue. And we have a lot of third rate demagogues, which doesn’t help.

Nixon looks like a Sunday school child in comparison.

The problem is that yesterday’s media wasn’t complicit. Today’s media is.

When the gate guards protecting us from tyranny are complicitly asleep on the job that’s what happens.
