Climate change and its effects as a local phenomenon squares demonstrably with all of the effects at a local level that “warmists” have tried to equate with global conclusions that are frequently contradicted by the evidence. Steele’s book makes the case for the skeptic scientists. While the “warmists” have to come up with questionable explanations of opposing facts such as the warming “pause” since 1998, Steele provides tested explanations for science resolving problems of local environmental changes. An excellent book for a clearer understanding of the need for objective environmentalism.

Good luck getting any of this “obviousness” into the ears of most Californians. They deck is way stacked against such common sense. There “ougtta be a law” as they say, against any major action, expenditure, law, etc., based only on “models”. Which is what this is all about.
