No Skippy, there doesn’t have to be more to this story. Why can’t you accept the obvious fact that your ‘profession’ attracts lot’s of sociopathic creeps? This is the tip of the iceberg. It’s easy to find many more episodes of police abuse just using an internet search engine. This country is rapidly becoming a national security police state and these kinds of incidents are the inevitable result of the Federalization of policing in our increasingly fascistic nation.

He IS suing, in federal court and it will be at least $1 million in damages and attorney fees, and if you add in the governments legal fees it will top $1.5 million. And no GED cop will lose their job, in fact they will probably promote the idiot cops responsible.

#1- There was NO “probable cause”, there was not even the lowest standard for a detention “reasonable suspicion”. NO reasonable person would EVER think someone was hiding drugs in their butt based on what this GED cop said he observed, and I highly doubt he observed what he said he did.

#2- The judge should be removed from office, NO JUDGE would EVER grant a search warrant for the kind of invasive search that was used here on anything close to the supporting evidence.

#3- The idiots who did this will NEVER pay one penny of the damages they get hit with. An d I GUARANTEE it will be $500K plus I liability, and at least another $500K-$1 million in attorney fees, which the government pays in a civil rights lawsuit.

But don’t worry. It’s all in the interest of the children. We must win this ‘war on drugs’ even if it’s only one gram at a time and requires government authorized acts of sodomy on people guilty of traffic infractions who grasp their buttocks in the presence of police officers. Besides, this will stimulate business for colonoscopy device manufacturers.

Oh, and don’t be concerned about costs. In this case the victim was billed for the medical services. It won’t affect your ObamaCare coverage rates.
