The taxpayers are represented through the legislative process,’ Inan told Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Michael Kenny.
The legislator represents whomever is paying their campaign spending and reelection costs, either Big Business or public unions. Certainly not the taxpayers.

It’s so reassuring to know that the California Attorney General thinks the legislature is above the law.

That is a complete crock. The legislature represents tax takers, not tax payers.
