I, too, feel like the need to sign the form and return it to keep coverage until February 28 is some sort of ploy to force me into a different plan come March 1 (with higher rates). Didn’t something just happen last week that would force Anthem and other companies to let us keep our plans if we’re fine with it not meeting all the terms of the Affordable Care Act?
