Their children would be at a severe disadvantage in the California public school system, based on the personal accounts I have heard from acquaintances and information that I have read in books and in the news. A better gift you could not give to your children.

In addition, some of the fees were for AP classes, not core required courses. Finally, read the linked ACLU blog post: does Chris really believe that the ACLU’s stated goal of social and racial justice in education would mean less state spending on education?
