RT,great points !!! Those that want a $15 minimum wage do not understand either your first or second point. Your second point shows that wages and prices are linked thus this will be a never-ending debate. Soon another minimum wage
raise will be demanded to cover the higher cost of living caused by razing the minimum wage in the first place.

If someone wants to make a career out of working in fast food, they have the option of moving up to Crew Leader/Assistant Manager/Manager. If they do not want a career in fast food, they can use it as a stepping-stone to better paying jobs.
Second, as with any business, as cost go up, prices go up. By raising wages, you are also raising the price that your customers will have to pay and many of those customers rely on fast food places for a cheap meal for their family.
