You gotta go after Speaker Toni Atkins!!! She is making millions and millions off of “homelessness”. Her wife is Jennifer Lesar. Why doesn’t the wife have to register as a lobbyist when she is helping big developers get government tax dollars for their projects? Atkins was even working FOR LeSar after she was elected to Assembly.

LeSar charges $275 an hour for her “services” where she helps developers get tax dollars. She is a kingpin and needs to be investigated asap. You need a sting on her and her wife.

god/gawd has nothing to do with it. The bee sucks up to steinberg in pimping the lousy kings arena giveaway, which promises them income. The N and R is virtually toothless and unread of late.
Al Jazeera America does excellent reporting. I’d be praising them , not imploring gods/Gods to stop them.
Considering Mr. Steinberg’s passion for anything Jewish or Israeli, there are significant ironies, I agree.

says mr. steinberg in letter to partner at firm, “you told me just recently that you represent so and so”…Only an utter naif would believe that.
I’m a flaming lib and I think Steinberg is not only a mediocre lawyer and lousy negotiator, but a liar and corrupt politician, none too artfully.

It just floors me that the lead media agency on this story is (drum roll)… Al Jazeera. lol.

What the bleep has happened to this old country of ours? What ever happened to the likes of the investigative reporters who broke the Red Scare and took down Joe McCarthy, Watergate, the Pentagon Papers, The Mai Lai massacre, etc…? You know, the Upton Sinclairs, the Edward Murrows, the Woodwards and Bernsteins, the Seymour Hershs, the Neil Sheehans….where have they all gone?

Now we have to rely on Al Jazeera to pull back the curtains for the American public? lol.

God, help us!!!

Well, being a Bruin football fan, it wouldn’t be fair to rub it in about OJ. But there have been several Republican elected officials and political operatives quoted through the years as saying that while they hate Steinberg’s politics, they regard him as totally honest. You can also find many “insider” type articles that quote strategists from both parties as saying his biggest weakness might be the fact that he doesn’t like to mislead voters about what he thinks. That’s other people who think that, many of whom are involved in trying to stop him from being successful.
