The new Ca driver’s license law for illegals FORBIDS Ca business owners and employers from discriminating against job applicants who identify themselves with the driver’s license that has the designator showing the holder to be an ILLEGAL FOREIGNER!!! Don’t believe me??? Read the law for yourself.

Now think about the ramifications of this and the dilemma it puts the employer in.

If the employer follows State law and does not discriminate against the illegal foreigner job applicant with the CaDL – and hires him – he is in blatant violation of Federal and State labor laws. He becomes a criminal. lol.

OTOH, if the employer looks at the DL and sees the applicant is illegally in the county and tells the illegal to get out of his business because he does not hire illegal foreigners – by State law – the illegal can sue the business owner for job discrimination and report him to the authorities for violating state law. lol.

So either way the business owner turns – he’s totally screwed.

And does the media point this out??? Nope! Do any of the republican elected officials point this out to argue against this new insane and contradictory law? Nope! Does Obama sue California for violating Federal law like he sued Arizona, re: SB 1070? Does the media demand an explanation why California is allowed to violate Federal immigration law, yet Arizona got blasted for it? Nope.

There is supposed to be orderly and consistent rules when it comes to running State and Federal governments. Laws are supposed to be applied evenly across the board in civilized societies. There is only one conclusion you could draw from my example above. The fabric of civilization in America is being unraveled. Contradictory laws that turn our citizens into criminals whichever way they choose to behave are being enacted at the highest levels of government and are going unquestioned by our leaders and our media.

Putin was absolutely correct in his OpEd to the NY Times. We have turned into a lawless society.

Traditionally Americans have learned the truth by reading and watching the news, eck. That’s the way the nation is made aware of what goes on around us. But the mainstream journalists won’t report the truth about illegal immigration. They work hand in hand with government and sugar coat it without disclosing the very dark side that is doing so much damage to our country. Perhaps once the amnestied illegals start undercutting wages in the journalism industry and start replacing mainstream reporters we’ll finally get some truth. lol. But based on the content I’ve come across in the big print media publications even if the illegals moved in and captured the journalism industry like they’ve taken over the construction industry, I don’t think we’d lose very much quality in our daily news reports.

Most of these big print media publications blame internet for their dwindling subscriptions and financial problems. I keep telling them that people are willing to pay for good news reporting. Truthful news reporting. Transparent news reporting. Unbiased news reporting. Solid investigative news reporting. But people are unwilling to pay for a bunch of lies, half-truths, distortions and omissions. I was raised to support my local newspaper. It was drilled into me. But I refuse to pay an organization to pull the wool over my eyes, promote a certain political ideology or to attempt to make me believe something that isn’t true. That’s the reason I cancelled my subscription. Internet had nothing to do with it!

John Boehner needs to get tossed overboard by the House republicans forthwith. He has consistently given the democrats all that they’ve wanted, plus more, even when the House is overwhelmingly in the republican majority. He’s literally thrown young people and future generations under the bus by raising debt ceilings, approving bogus budgets that add to our massive national debt loads, creating Super Committees that FAIL, restoring $63B in sequester cuts, only to promise miniscule future cuts over a 10 year period that will ALSO get wiped out by future congresses. Boehner is a CON ARTIST just like Obama. BOTH are cut from exactly the SAME cloth, despite the distinctive D and R after their names. BOTH wear different colored jerseys but play on the same team whose mission is the make BIGGER government, transfer more of YOUR wealth to the rich, erode the middle class, build a BIGGER poverty class and continue to confiscate your freedoms. PERIOD!

The California legislature has taken the lead by making LAWS that give driver’s licenses to illegal foreigners and by DEFYING federal law by REFUSING to cooperate with ICE and turning over jailed illegals for deportation unless they’ve committed serious VIOLENT FELONIES! All the illegals who committed misdemeanors or non-violent felonies get released back into YOUR neighborhoods!!! lol. How do you like them apples, folks? IS THAT THE AMERICA THAT YOU WANT TO LIVE IN???

We saw what happened to Arizona and SB1070 when it defied Federal law, didn’t we? Did you see the Feds and the US media jump all over Arizona for daring to make it’s own immigration laws? lol. And now that California is doing the very same thing – but from the opposite perspective – do you see the media questioning this or the Feds threatening to sue California??? lol.
Of course you don’t.

THERE IS NO ‘EQUALITY UNDER THE LAW’ IN AMERICA ANYMORE!!! THE OLIGARCHS ONLY APPLY THE LAW TO WHOM THEY WANT TO PUNISH!!! THEIR FRIENDS CAN VIOLATE THE LAW WITH NO CONSEQUENCES WHATSOVER – AND THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA IS IN ON IT!!!

Wake up, folks. Regardless of what side of the aisle you’re on when it comes to immigration – the BASIC FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES that used to guide this great nation of ours and make us Americans – are being obliterated and your children are being thrown under the bus. Your kids are going to live in a cess pool similar to a 3rd world banana republic unless you do something to stop it!!!
