I heard that my hometown was once conservative until UCSC was put in. All those kids voting without having to live under the long term consequences, killed Santa Cruz. Quarantining the nuts sounds good and will make for more entertaining reading in the evenings. I want to see who will be the first to mandate double clean energy, that is clean energy backed by more unreliable clean energy.

I don’t think you need to make CA into six states to do that. If you don’t like Feinstein, don’t vote for her–you are claiming she has too much power while griping that CA doesn’t have enough relevance in Congress. What kind of sense does that make! You can only change your rep by putting a new one in and you sure as hell are not going to chop up my state to get your way! Try precinct work!
