Currently EDD owes me for nine weeks of benefits at $450 per week, along with a refund for an overpayment when they disqualified me and I appealed and the decision was reversed. In total EDD owes me $4,831.50 for the following weeks and the refund on the overpayment.

EDD representatives are rude and unhelpful. I contacted the Chief Deputy Directors, Sharon Hilliards office yesterday and the person who answered was so beyond rude, that I ended that phone call crying. My car is going to be repossessed, I am about to lose everything I own in storage and I no longer have a perfect payment history on my credit report. When I call EDD they say it is a problem with the data in my file and the new system.
