Should AG Harris note in her ballot statement that the San Jose model being used as the state model in the initiative has already been found illegal by a trial court, and that the controlling legal precedent for the decision was found in the rejection of the Orange County pension case before that?

That would certainly seem to be required if the AG is supposed to make an effort at truth in advertising, as Chris Reed and so many others here say they want.

I've always considered the excessive public pensions a form of intergenerational theft. A way to eat one's own young and escape responsibility since most of the pension thieves will have died natural deaths by the time the brunt of the damage is felt by our young people and our unborn generations. The WW2 generation would have never imposed such hardship on their grand and great grand children. But for some odd reason the baby boomers don't care. As if they have no moral conscience. I guess that's just the natural progression of an empire while on the downward slope of it's life cycle.

Look, Kamala is going to do whatever it takes to pave the way for her political career. She couldn't care less what Greenhut thinks. Put yourself in her shoes. She's got a bright future in big government. A good lookin' minority female and only 49 w/ AG experience and a good line of BS. If she plays her cards right she could be the female version of Barack Obama. Think about the play she'd get from the mainstream media. Wow! They'd have her walking on water. Don't forget - in American politics it's not what you actually do while in office, it's how you look while you're doing it. This isn't like the old days when the American people would elect an ugly person with leadership skills and competence to high office. Today it's all about looks and image and a slick tongue. Trust me. You'll never see another ugly POTUS in America. Those days are gone. Today it takes that Hollywood image and Kamala's got it! She needs Brown to announce that he won't run for re-election so that she becomes top dem candidate for governor. Oh, and she needs Hillary to lose in 2016 so that the dem POTUS primary is wide open in 2020. She'd be 55 and the perfect age to run for POTUS. Dust off the teleprompter and the dems are back in the saddle again! Not sure if Kamala can speak spanish. If not, that should be on the top of her priority list. So she can razzle dazzle the La Raza crowd and secure all those amnesty votes.

That's where we are in American politics, folks. Like it or lump it. Whatever Kamala writes for the pension reform ballot summary it will be in the interest of political expedience. That you can count on! You go, girl! lol.
