Let’s be rigorous in our terms. Almost every food we have to day has been genetically modified (engineered)! What the loonies are freaked out about is using genes from different types of organisms. There is no, zero, evidence, or any reasonable speculation, that this is any kind of a problem. Since so-called GMO crops have and will be proven to provide increased output and hence more food, that what’s behind all this is really anti-humanism.
