I like bible thumpers.....good people.

Spreading the good news is biblical.....applaud people who do good works.

The devil tempts.....beware....Doomers should set an example and be more kind to their friends, neighbors, leaders, the poor and disabled.

I totally support freedom of religion. And I totally support the 1st Amendment. But religion is a very intimate personal belief. And I don't think that religion should be forced on anyone, particularly in a government institution financed with taxpayer money. How would these parents like it if some other kid was handing out candy canes with "Praise Allah. Allah is Great" on the wrapper to their kid? Would they approve of that? Now, if a group of students wanted to have a private prayer group or bible study during their lunch period - I would be fully in favor of that. But pushing it on others? Never.

When I was in the service I used to get approached by co-worker bible thumpers while on the job trying to sell me on their religous beliefs. Even though I'm a theist, I considered it very rude. And I would never do it to another person.

The Court's time should not be wasted on stuff like this, especially where the law is clearly established. If Isaiah wants to proselytize he can do it off campus or attend a private school where his beliefs are taught.
