They could have just licensed or borrowed the federal courts public access to court records system (electronic court filing system(PACER/ECF)), for free or at minimal cost.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[What they SHOULD do is set up a public website and allow open programing, like with LINUX, I am telling you right now, they would have NO PROBLEM getting a new program up and running in RECORD TIME and at NO COST. 

I am pretty sure it was here that I saw three young programmers fixed the CA ObamaCare website issues in 3 days.....]]></description>
