Chiang has done a remarkable job by implementing the public employee compensation databases shown at the Controller’s website in the aftermath of the Bell disaster. Practically every city and county in the State has their public compensation on-line for all to see. Chiang didn’t have to do that. How many other democrats in Sacramento would’ve done that? I judge a man based on what he’s actually accomplished. His performance. Not which political party he happens to belong to. With Chiang, credit’s due where credit’s earned. Otherwise, I would be no better than a typical democrat wearing blinders.
