Technology is not there yet for the kind of federal funding thrown around by the Steven Chu’s of the world who have no one to answer to.

Next bad idea by an incoming president. The Bush administration did not release the funds and was hedging they would not do so due to question marks on pricing of this new tech, so don’t start down the road on the hate Bush trail please. This was a bad decision by an incompetent leader.
