The 2 party=1 party system in the USSA isn’t dead, it’s just in an advanced state of decomposition…

The ever-shrinking part of the ultra-dumbed-down electorate that actually gives a damn about their government and that retains some capacity for critical thought is running from this system.

Unfortunately, for the short term, this means that the official, ‘main line’ zeitgeist script is read by a fool’s chorus of useful idiots: activists, power mongers and trolls (making sure all discussion is orwellian ‘fair and balanced’).

The very good news is that we are living through the disintegration of a very evil system, a la 1989’s Soviet Union.

Long term-perhaps an actual representative government? One can always dream…
