You were a staffer for a BOE member who was also tasked with serving on the actual three member board for the FTB. Those are elected positions and the only election you’ve participated in was for water board. During that election, it was alleged that you were involved in some kind of less than ethical behavior. So your opinion, Mr. Frishman is irrelevant, as you do not operate on an ethical basis.

I am a republican I used do to also work in the CA legislature.
I covered the matters in question with the staff and Steve as it related to staff doing political work or privet. Busness on state time. I am confident Stve Fox did not conduct himself in the manner described in the case.
