					<description><![CDATA[California schools are top heavy with administrations adorned with PHD&#039;s and Masters degrees that have done nothing but drag the education of our citizens to the LCD. You would envision a school system having so many higher degreed would be the best of the best, but reality shows us the opposite effect, we have fallen to the bottom.

  If we look at the &quot;system&quot; rationally it is clear that larger and larger bureaucracies, with more and higher degrees have worsened the system. Logic and reason then suggest that more of the same is not the solution, but had been the real problem all along.  :)]]></description>
