Why then would the elected official, George Runner of the California Board of Equalization, urge people to pay an illegal tax that was passed as a fee? If he urged people not to pay this illegal Feetax, then he would then really be working for the people in his district instead of the gangsters that passed this illegal Taxfee.

There are no trolls on CWD.

There are the much beloved fair and balanced center/left and the emotional overreacting gloomers picking the wings off anyone spreading out and trying to make California enviro friendly, create high paying union jobs, fight fot clean air and water.

Paying taxes in a civil society is your duty. Helping the little people to survive and get on their feet should be part of you daily endeavors.

“Tell you what, I’ll support a law that gives a refund to someone who pays an illegal tax if you support one that requires someone who uses a tax loophole or tax dodge that is later found illegal to pay the tax.”

Are you a troll, or just stupid? All tax laws require you to pay the tax if your claimed exemption from tax is found to be inapplicable.

Yeah, John, some crooks like Bernie Madoff get caught. But many more of them don’t; look at the punishment most of the Wall Street investors and bankers whose actions helped lead to the great Recession got. Nada, zilch, nothing. I wish you’d worry about that also. And trust me, they stole a heck of a lot more money than you claim the government takes in “illegal” taxes.
